#323 I miss pasta fresca – 3

Fresh home made pasta with with a note of color!

you can make green pasta just adding some boiled and finely chopped spinach to the dough, red with a spoon of tomatos sauce, yellow with saffron or pumpkin.

Also you can create your favorite flavour pasta fresca adding your choice of herbs or spices: basil, rosmary, garlic, mushrooms…


Paglia e fieno (‘straw and hay’), a mix of regular and green tagliatelle is an old, big classic
