Ah! Bucatini all’amatriciana heavenly taste

First of all: Bucatini, not spaghetti.

Second: no onion, no garlic, nor white wine. Nothing. Not even olive oil. Nothing

Nothing but Guanciale



sliced, not in little cubes.

Tomatoes sauce or fresh tomatoes, Peperoncino on taste

Pecorino romano


Anything else is blasphemy.

Put sliced guanciale in a pan, cook it till transparent, remove it, add tomatoes, cook for 6-7 minutes and that’s it. Haeven.
