Sicilian street food, not only arancini, but also

Scacciata, cheese-filled bread dough pie crust, with caciocavallo, broccoli, cauliflowers, or potatoes, and or local herbs

Scaccia, typical of Ragusa, a flat bread folded on itself two or three times, filled with ricotta and onions, or tomaoes and onions, tomatoes and eggplants etc.

Panelle di ceci, fritters made from gram flour and parsley, typical of Palermo, often served on a roll, normally with little potatoes croquettes called cazzilli
