And speaking of miele…

Struffoli!

That’s  one of the many proofs that God exists and is an artist.

Struffoli are little balls of dough, the size of a marble, fried and served covered of honey.

A typical neaoplitan treat, that probably originated in  Ancient Greece, traditionally prepared for Natale (‘Christmas’) and Pasqua (‘Easter’).
