LasagnE [laˈzaɲɲe]

(LasagnA [laˈzaɲɲa] is technically correct, just the singular form, but it is less common in spoken Italian, at least in the region where they invented them, namely Emilia-Romagna. God bless them)

GNocchi [ˈɲɔkki]

Yes, I know, that N sound is pretty hard (someone would say impossible) to pronounce, but please… the G is silent!
